I’m Stefano — born in Tuscany, shaped by its beauty, its traditions, and its sense of home.
Nearly 15 years ago, I moved to the United States, carrying with me the love for my homeland and the dream of building a life abroad. I know what it means to be in a new country, to adapt, to dream of reconnecting with your roots—or creating new ones somewhere beautiful.

Through the years, I watched more and more Americans fall in love with Italy the way I did growing up. And I also saw how overwhelming, confusing, and risky the process of buying real estate there can be when you’re navigating it from across the ocean.

I’ve lived both worlds.
I own property in Tuscany, and I know the feeling of wanting a home that connects to your soul.
I also know the frustration Americans feel: unclear steps, slow communication, layers of bureaucracy, and the constant worry that you might miss something important.
